A global publisher and reseller of AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) software, operating in Europe and North America with ~$300M in revenue, engaged us to identify how AI could improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Approach
Phase 1 – Diagnostic and Prioritization (3 months)
During the initial diagnostic phase, we worked closely with eight functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI initiatives. This phase combined executive interviews, cross-functional workshops, and market research.
For each initiative, we:
Defined a clear and detailed project scope
Articulated expected business benefits
Estimated required investment and projected ROI
At the conclusion of this phase, the client’s Executive Committee approved:
A prioritized shortlist of AI initiatives
A high-level AI roadmap
An associated AI budget
Phase 2 – Delivery and Change Management (4 months)
The second phase focused on execution and adoption. We supported multiple project teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle, including:
Functional and technical specifications
Proofs of concept (POCs)
Vendor selection and contract negotiation
Budget tracking and financial governance
Training, communication, and change management
