Context

As Vice President of Strategic Alliances at NTT Cloud Communications, David Lallemand led the design and execution of a global partnership strategy aimed at accelerating partner-driven revenue growth and expanding attached revenue across NTT’s proprietary solutions portfolio.

Approach

David and his team built and scaled strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors and systems integrators, including Cisco, Microsoft, Adobe, and IBM. In parallel, he developed cross-selling and OEM partnerships across multiple NTT Group entities, notably NTT Communications and Dimension Data.

David’s responsibilities encompassed the full partnership lifecycle, including:

  • Identification and qualification of new strategic partners

  • Joint business planning and go-to-market strategies

  • Negotiation of partnership and commercial agreements

  • Coordination of joint solution launches in close collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and other internal stakeholders

The Results

David created the partnership function at NTT Cloud from the ground up, built a global team, and established more than ten strategic alliances. Over his seven-year tenure, he grew partner-driven revenue from $3M to $100M.
